# Directions:
01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice cucumber into rounds, cut bell peppers into strips, peel and slice carrots into sticks, halve cherry tomatoes, trim snap peas, and thinly slice radishes.
02 - On a large serving platter, arrange cucumber rounds to shape the bunny's face and create two lines of cucumber rounds for ears.
03 - Fill the bunny's face with cauliflower florets and mini mozzarella balls to create a fluffy texture. Place halved cherry tomatoes as cheeks and use a single mini mozzarella ball for the nose.
